Shipping Policy

We currently ship within the United States.

Standard shipping is $8. Free standard shipping is available on U.S. orders over $49.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Estimated delivery time is usually 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on the destination and carrier.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package hasn’t arrived within 12 business days of shipment, please contact us at customerservice@ivvylash.com with your order number and we’ll investigate.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. IVVY Lash is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
