What makes IVVY Lash different?
IVVY Lash is designed for soft, lightweight, natural-looking beauty. Our lashes are handmade with ultra-fine synthetic fibers and created to feel comfortable, flexible, and easy to wear.
What’s the difference between cluster lashes and strip lashes?
Self-Adhesive Lash Clusters
Designed for a lightweight, natural, and customizable look, these lash clusters feature a built-in adhesive band for quick, glue-free application. Perfect for everyday wear, they can be applied exactly where you want extra definition. Simply remove, clean, and store in the tray for reuse.
Strip Lashes
Designed for soft volume and a polished finish, strip lashes create an eye-opening effect with a single application. Applied with lash glue along the lash line, they’re ideal for everyday wear, special occasions, and a refined finishing touch. After wear, gently remove, clean the band, and store for future use.
Are your lashes cruelty-free?
Yes. IVVY Lash products are 100% cruelty-free — synthetic fibers, never tested on animals.
Are your lashes latex-free?
Yes. Our lashes are latex-free.
Can I reuse the lashes?
Yes. With proper care, our lashes can be reused multiple times. Gently remove them after use and store them in the original tray to help protect their shape.
How do I apply self-adhesive cluster lashes?
Gently remove a cluster from the tray, place it near your natural lash line, and press lightly to secure. No separate lash glue is required.
Do I need lash glue for strip lashes?
Yes — strip lashes require your own lash adhesive (not included). We recommend any latex-free lash glue.
How do I care for my lashes?
After wearing, gently remove the lashes and place them back into the original tray. Avoid soaking, pulling, or exposing them to oils, excessive moisture, or direct heat.
Are IVVY lashes suitable for sensitive eyes?
IVVY lashes are made with ultra-fine synthetic fibers and do not contain animal hair or latex. Because the eye area is delicate and individual sensitivities can vary, we recommend a patch test before full application, especially if you have sensitive eyes or known adhesive sensitivities.
If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately. If irritation persists, consult a medical professional.
Which style should I choose if I’m a beginner?
Start with Feather Light (strip) or Bare Beauty (cluster) — our most natural, beginner-friendly styles. To try a range, The Essentials Edit gives you 5 different natural styles in one box.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly. Email us at customerservice@ivvylash.com within 2 hours of placing your order and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is coming soon.
How much is shipping?
Standard U.S. shipping is $8. Orders over $49 qualify for free standard shipping.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on the destination and carrier.
Returns
Can I return my order?
For hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns on unused, unopened products in their original packaging. Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. See our Return Policy for details.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at customerservice@ivvylash.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will help resolve the issue.
