Return Policy

At IVVY Lash, we want you to love your lashes. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns

  • Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
  • Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
  • Items must be in their original packaging and in unused condition.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email hello@ivvylash.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We'll send you return instructions within 24 hours.
  3. Ship the item back to us (return shipping is the customer's responsibility).
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, email us with a photo and your order number. We'll send a replacement at no charge — no return needed.

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges at this time. Please return the original item and place a new order for the style you'd like.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened lash trays or boxes
  • Products purchased more than 14 days ago
  • Gift cards

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after we process it.
