Return Policy

We want you to feel confident shopping with IVVY Lash.

For hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns on products that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method.

Returns requested between 30 and 60 days after delivery may be reviewed by our customer service team and, if approved, issued as store credit.

Opened, worn, used, damaged, or final-sale items cannot be returned.

To start a return, please contact our customer service team at customerservice@ivvylash.com with your order number and the email address used at checkout.

Please Note

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return requirements.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at customerservice@ivvylash.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will help make it right.
